The villa is available for rent in one single option, depending on the clients’ needs:

1. Summer transitional rental from June 1st to September 30th, with a minimum stay of at least 1 month (mandatory check-in on the first day of the month and mandatory check-out on the last day of the month).

The villa is set in a large, expansive park with a swimming pool. Guests will enjoy a large patio facing the garden and the Apuan Alps. The loggias and porches are distinctive features of the “Tuscan style,” providing sheltered outdoor living spaces that expand the home’s usable area.

The house underwent a restyling in 2017, blending indoor and outdoor design elements while maintaining the original family charm and history, merging the past with the contemporary. The design is inspired by the “modern seaside holiday” lifestyle typical of Forte dei Marmi.

Inside, you’ll find classic terracotta floors, a tradition of the area. The entrance is enhanced by a typical Cipollino marble staircase, a precious product from the Apuan Alps, leading to the sleeping area.
